Delivery charges cover UK mainland only. All deliveries will be sent to the address that was specified in the order. Delivery will be made as soon as possible after your order has been accepted. Standard delivery should normally take four working days, and named day deliveries on the specified day. Where delivery within four working days is not possible, we will ensure that your product is delivered within 28 days from acceptance. We cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery that are caused by third parties or bad weather.

If we cannot deliver the goods to the address that you have specified, for any reason other than that which is our fault, we will notify you and store the products at your risk. If you wish us to re-deliver the product, you will have to authorise us to charge your debit or credit card for any such re-delivery. If we do not hear from you within 28 days, we will cancel the order and refund the cost of the goods to you minus any delivery charges.

Do not sign for or accept an order that is visibly damaged. If you receive an item that has been damaged in transit, please notify us as soon as possible and we will arrange its return and replace the item as soon as possible.

You can return any item that was faulty at the point of sale for either a replacement, a free repair or a full refund, so long as you have proof of purchase and the item in question is returned complete in it’s original packaging. You will not be entitled to any refund, replacement or repair for general wear and tear.
